This role is ideal for someone who can bring order to fast-moving environments while also helping shape how brands grow, communicate, and connect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019ll oversee day-to-day operations, support marketing initiatives, and ensure projects move forward with clarity and precision. From managing workflows and budgets to coordinating campaigns and supporting brand strategy, you\u2019ll play a key role in keeping both the business and creative sides of Teakie running seamlessly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and energized by the opportunity to support both operations and marketing in a growing, entrepreneurial environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Operations Management<\/strong> \u2013 Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring projects, timelines, and priorities are managed effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Workflow &amp; Processes<\/strong> \u2013 Develop and maintain systems, workflows, and processes that improve efficiency and support growth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Project Coordination<\/strong> \u2013 Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and budgets are met.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Marketing Support<\/strong> \u2013 Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, launches, events, and brand initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Content Coordination<\/strong> \u2013 Coordinate content calendars, email campaigns, website updates, and social media initiatives across brands.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Brand Strategy<\/strong> \u2013 Support both client brands and Teakie\u2019s in-house portfolio by ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment across all touchpoints.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reporting &amp; Analysis<\/strong> \u2013 Monitor campaign performance, business KPIs, and operational metrics, providing regular updates and insights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vendor &amp; Partner Management<\/strong> \u2013 Coordinate with freelancers, suppliers, agencies, and external partners as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Client Experience<\/strong> \u2013 Help deliver a polished, seamless experience for clients through clear communication and exceptional follow-through.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Event Coordination<\/strong> \u2013 Support the planning and execution of internal and external events, launches, and activations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Education<\/strong> \u2013 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Experience<\/strong> \u2013 Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, marketing, project management, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Organization<\/strong> \u2013 Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at once.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Marketing Knowledge<\/strong> \u2013 Experience in digital marketing, including social media management, analytics, and content creation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Project Management<\/strong> \u2013 Experience managing workflows, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Communication<\/strong> \u2013 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tools &amp; Technology<\/strong> \u2013 Familiarity with project management and marketing tools such as Asana, Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign) and Google Workspace.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Attention to Detail<\/strong> \u2013 A meticulous eye for detail and commitment to delivering polished, high-quality work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Leadership &amp; Initiative<\/strong> \u2013 Proactive, resourceful, and confident taking ownership of projects and processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Languages<\/strong> \u2013 Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why Teakie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After nearly a decade of honing our craft, we\u2019re entering a new chapter\u2014and we\u2019re growing our team.
